Check-out time 11:00 AM. Late Check-in and checkout is subject to availability please inform us in advance if you need a late check-out. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbours and other guests. Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior approval. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas. Cleanliness Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and do not leave any food out that might attract pests. Damage & Breakages Please report any damages or breakages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. All damages shall be charged. Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Keep your valuables secure as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Respectful Behaviour Please respect the property, neighbours, and other guests. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Additional Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. Environmental Responsibility Conserve energy and water.
